NOVABOLT was commissioned to support Tengizchevroil’s (TCO) critical Phase 4 development at the Tengiz oil field. The project required a rapid deployment of protective infrastructure to ensure continuous welding operations despite the region’s extreme weather conditions and high winds.
Facing strict deadlines, we leveraged our in-house manufacturing capabilities to supply and install over 5,000 units of custom protective welding coatings and modular tents. These units were engineered specifically for ATEX zones, ensuring total safety compliance during hot works. By localizing production, we bypassed international supply chain bottlenecks, delivering the full scope in under 60 days. This agile approach not only met the client’s aggressive schedule but also fulfilled 100% of the project’s Local Content requirements, reinforcing TCO’s commitment to Kazakhstani industry.
