For KPO’s Karachaganak Phase 3 upgrades, NOVABOLT provided end-to-end MRO support to protect production continuity during critical upgrade activities. The scope included rapid mobilization, coordinated supply of maintenance and safety essentials, and on-site repair support for more than 50 gas compressors—executed under strict HSE and operational constraints.
Deployed through our UAE hub for fast response, the initiative minimized disruption during peak production windows and strengthened readiness for unplanned maintenance needs. The program combined controlled MRO supply, safety gear provisioning (including MSA equipment where applicable), and power continuity components (including Delta Electronics UPS systems) aligned to site requirements.
Through predictive diagnostics and disciplined maintenance execution, the project achieved a 20% cost reduction versus baseline expectations while maintaining zero environmental spills and aligning to stringent emissions and environmental compliance standards.
