Utilizing our warehousing hub in Ajman, UAE, we completely restructured the logistics framework, slashing material delivery times from 45 days down to just 7. We supplied specialized modular repair kits and incorporated sustainable composite materials, which helped reduce the project’s carbon footprint by 12%. Beyond hardware, we invested in human capital, providing specialized technical training for over 200 field technicians to ensure long-term operational resilience.
