3. Integration and interfacing: PLC/SCADA, historians, gateways, legacy systems (scope-driven).
4. OT cybersecurity baseline: asset inventory inputs, zone/conduit segmentation approach, access control model (scope-driven).
5. Secure remote access planning (where applicable): MFA, jump hosts, logging, vendor access governance.
