Scope of Service
1. Requirements intake: single-line diagrams, load lists, cable schedules, I/O lists, network architecture (where relevant), client specs, acceptance criteria.
2. Hazardous-area alignment (where applicable): Ex-rated requirements, enclosures, glands, cable accessories, labeling and documentation.
3. Sourcing via approved vendor lists/OEM channels; controlled alternatives via deviation process.
4. Electrical distribution supply: panels, protection devices, switches, accessories (scope-driven).
5. Industrial telecom supply: industrial switches/routers, connectivity components, fiber/copper accessories, site comms items (scope-driven).
6. Expediting: manufacturing milestones, documentation follow-up, status reporting.
7. Inspection & testing coordination (as required): FAT witness, packing checks, functional checks per scope.
8. Documentation package control: CoC, MTC (where applicable), test reports, manuals, drawings, data book index.
9. Packaging & preservation suited for transit to remote/harsh environments; labeling and traceability maintained.
10. Logistics & delivery + handover support: Incoterms alignment, delivery tracking, document transmittals.
