Scope of Service
1. Requirements intake: site risk profile, HSE standards, hazardous-area classification (where applicable), quantities, size charts.
2. Specification-based selection of certified products (no generic substitutions).
3. PPE standardization: role-based PPE sets (by job type / work zone).
4. Fire safety supply: extinguishers, cabinets, hoses, alarms/accessories (project/scope-driven).
5. Medical readiness: industrial first-aid kits, trauma kits, eyewash and site medical supplies (scope-driven).
6. Certification & traceability control: CoC, certificates, batch/serial tracking where required.
7. Shelf-life and storage management support for consumables (expiry control, replacement planning).
8. Packaging, labeling, and kitting: pre-packed PPE kits by role / department to simplify issuance.
9. Logistics & delivery: planned deliveries or on-demand dispatch; customs coordination if needed.
10. After-delivery support: replenishment cycles, replacement, and claims handling (as required).
