Scope of Service
1. Requirements intake: MTO, datasheets, drawings, client specs, acceptance criteria.
2. Technical clarification (TQ) support and compliance mapping to client requirements.
3. Sourcing from approved vendors/OEMs or proposing alternatives only via a controlled deviation process.
4. Technical + commercial bid comparison (when needed): lead time, compliance, documentation, total landed cost.
5. Expediting: production status tracking, milestone reporting, document chasing.
6. Inspection coordination (as required): pre-shipment inspection, FAT witness, packing checks.
7. Documentation package control: CoC, MTC/3.1, test reports, manuals, data books, document index.
8. Logistics & customs coordination: Incoterms alignment, packaging/preservation, labeling, delivery tracking.
9. Site handover support: delivery notes, punch list support, document transmittals.
10. After-delivery support: warranty/claims coordination and replacement logistics (as required).
