Scope of Service
1. Requirements intake: datasheets, P&IDs, line list, valve list, pump duty points, client specs, acceptance criteria.
2. Technical clarification (TQ) support: sizing parameters, materials, trim, actuators, hazardous-area needs (where applicable).
3. Selection & sourcing from approved vendors/OEMs or approved alternatives via controlled deviation.
4. Bid evaluation support (as required): compliance, lead time, test scope, documentation, total landed cost.
5. Expediting: manufacturing milestones, document chasing, production status reporting.
6. Inspection & testing coordination (as required): hydrotest / seat leakage tests, performance tests, FAT witness, packing checks.
7. Documentation package control: CoC, MTC/3.1, test reports, calibration certs (if applicable), manuals, drawings, document index.
8. Packaging & preservation suited for long transit/storage; labeling and traceability maintained.
9. Logistics & customs coordination: Incoterms alignment, delivery tracking, site delivery planning.
10. After-delivery support: spares kits, warranty/claims coordination, replacement logistics (as required).
